Let us talk about you and regaining even more control over your lifetime. When you feel you’ve got control, you have a feeling of power, direction and clarity of purpose. Unfortunately, you do not have as much control over people and circumstances as you may like, but then again, you do, finally, have far more control and influence than you may have thought.

Following is a trend I have seen with people: If they feel they do not have control over circumstances, they allow themselves to “lose control” in regions of their lives they really DO have control over!

Before you know it, you have consumed far more food than you planned, or spent far more money than you supposed to.

Okay, perhaps you don’t do so, but do you know anybody who does? When you consider Animal control Port St Lucie it, it is interesting (is that the correct word?) To let yourself get even further out of control, just as it would be a fantastic idea to flex your muscle.

Let us take a look at regaining that wonderful sense of power, controller and self-direction. First, make a list of all of the things you’ve got control over. Yes, you are going to be starting on your own, but expand that list until you’ve got 20-plus ideas. You’ll begin feeling better just to remind yourself just how much control you have over your thoughts, feelings, and activities!

Then create a list of items you can influence. Needless to say, you can not control people, but you can affect lots of them. If you could not, there would not be any promotion degrees, and I would not be giving seminars on persuasion and discussion!

By the way, once you’re listing things you can affect, do not hold back. You have a whole lot more influence than you may think. By way of example, you can’t control traffic, but you can control exactly what time you wake up and leave the home.

Wish to recover a sense of control over the next 24 hours?

Try this: the moment you are finished reading this, write ONE action, just 1 action, you can take now that can allow you to find this as a successful day. Tie this activity to something that you truly appreciate. After that, do this one thing.

If you are feeling you’ve got more time to do something else, go ahead and write down another product. Just make certain to make your actions manageable and clear. If one action is great, 20 aren’t better! Actions you can take tomorrow to assist that day succeed.

Now, prioritize this brief list. And incidentally, you can’t do all actions simultaneously, so make certain to have a clear #1, etc.

You’ll have more energy and focus, and so, more success, the Following Day
